Run by an internationally award winning photographer

T3 Property Media is a boutique real estate photography and videography studio, headed by Binh Trinh. We are passionate about property and about our role in showing each home to potential buyers, so agents and vendors get the best offers possible.

Whether it is a modern grand design or a classic villa, we appreciate the beauty of every home. We love finding the story in a property, and the angles that reflect the atmosphere of every room and every corner.

How we work

Three things we will not compromise on

Craft

Light before everything

HDR and flambient blending, sky replacement and lawn enhancement where a shoot needs it. The aim is a room that looks like it does on its best afternoon, not a room that looks retouched.

Reliability

On time, every time

Agents lose money to missed deadlines. Shoots start when they are booked and edited files land by 10am the next business day.

Transparency

Prices you can quote

The full rate card is public. No enquiry form standing between you and a number you can give a vendor on the spot.
