The technique

Flambient blending, not a single exposure

Every frame is a stack. Ambient exposures hold the view through the window, flash exposures clean up colour casts from downlights and timber, and the two are blended by hand.

The result is a room where you can see outside and inside at once, which is exactly what a buyer scrolling a portal wants to see.

Drone photography and boundaries

Five aerial images from $150. Boundary marking is the one that sells sections and lifestyle blocks, because it answers the question every buyer has before they get out of the car.

Aerial work is weather dependent and airspace rules apply near airports, so we will tell you upfront if a property needs a different approach.

Questions we get asked

How long does a shoot take?

Between 30 and 45 minutes for the Essential package, longer for larger homes. We will give you a realistic window when you book so the vendor can plan around it.

What if the weather is bad?

Interiors are unaffected. For exteriors and drone work we either wait for a window on the day or reschedule that portion, and sky replacement covers the rest.

Do you photograph rentals and short stay?

Yes. Rental and Airbnb work uses the same approach, usually with a smaller image count. Ask for a rental rate.
